TUESDAYS 10.00-11.00 Live & Online

A class to encourage strength and vitality. Slow flowing sequences to build stability, mobility, and balance.  Vinyasas that bring you into the here and now with a focus on your breath.

This practice will open your hips, chest and shoulders creating more space in your body. Releasing tension to hopefully shift perspective and have more energy.

THURSDAYS 17.45-18.45

Starting with gentle warm up movements this class builds into a gentle flowing practice. Allowing space for modification of poses to suit the individual. It is a fun, friendly class aimed at those who like an active practice but with time for relaxation.

A chance to relax in a busy week, take stock, and release any build-up of tension.



Chair based yoga, accessible to everyone and every body.

Regardless of physical ability, strength, or mobility. Whatever your age, this class provides space to connect body, mind and breath.

This would be a good class if you prefer a gentler approach to yoga, or if you are recuperating from illness


THURSDAYS 10.00-11.00

Nourishing & nurturing, this class gently aids the release of tension and stress. Somatic movements help to relieve stiffness and discomfort by becoming softer and more open. Gentle mobilisation, with stretching and balance.

This class is a calming, relaxing class aimed to encourage a natural flow of energy through the body bringing you more in balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.
