This would be a good class if you prefer a gentler approach to yoga, if you are recuperating from an illness or do not feel comfortable, for whatever reason, with a 'normal' yoga class. If you would like to connect with a small friendly group, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH.
A class to encourage strength and vitality. Slow flowing, slightly stronger class, often working with a theme from the yoga texts. The class looks to embody more spaciousness and vitality. Vinyasas to move mindfully from one asana to another, with a focus on the breath. Some classes include Qigong moves.
This practice will open your hips, chest and shoulders creating more space along your spine and in your body. Releasing tension to hopefully shift some perspective and have more energy.
