Slow Flow

A class to encourage strength and vitality. Slow flowing, slightly stronger class, often working with a theme from the yoga texts. The class looks to embody more spaciousness and vitality.  Vinyasas to move mindfully, with a focus on the breath.

This practice will open your hips, chest and shoulders creating more space in your body. Release tension to hopefully shift perspective and have more energy.

Yoga for Everyone

Chair based yoga, accessible to everyone and every body.

Regardless of physical ability, strength, or mobility. Whatever your age, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced yogi this class provides space to connect body, mind and breath.

This would be a good class if you prefer a gentler approach to yoga, if recuperating from an illness or do not feel comfortable, for whatever reason, with a 'normal' yoga class.

THURSDAYS 17.45-18.45

Stretch & Breathe

Starting with gentle warm up movements this class builds into a gentle flowing practice. Allowing space for modification and adapting poses to suit the individual. It is a fun friendly class aimed at those who like an active practice but with time for relaxation.

A chance to relax in a busy week, take stock, and release any build-up of tension. A class to nourish, restore and create strength.

FRIDAYS 10.00-11.00

Gentle Yoga

Nourishing & nurturing class to gently release tension and stress. Somatic movements guided by the breath to help move with more ease, relieve stiffness and discomfort. Gentle mobilisation, stretching and balance.

This class is a calming, relaxing class aimed to encourage a natural flow of energy through the body bringing you more in balance physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Practice from home

All classes are accessible at home through the platform of zoom.

 

Classes are live streamed four times a week with a follow-up recording of the class.

Drop in £8. Monthly membership for access to all classes £40.
