Gentle Yoga Level 1

Thursdays 11.00-12.00

Friday 9.30-10.30

A yoga practice to release, nourish and restore. Connect body, mind & breath. Mobilise your joints, ease stiffness & improve balance. Suitable for all levels. Includes pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Level 2/3

Thursday 9.30-10.30

Fluidity & Flow. Build strength, flexibility, balance & steadiness. Includes relaxation and pranayama (breathwork). Suitable for those with some experience of yoga and with no underlying health issues.

Yoga Online

Saturdays 10.30-11.30

Start your week-end with a relaxing hour long Gentle yoga class. Let go of tension from a busy week. Set new intentions. Have fun in the privacy of your own home.  Just click to book. Health forms must be completed before you can participate.

Stretch & Breath Level 2

Tuesdays 9.30-10.45

Thursdays 17.45-18.45

Whole body awakening. Beginning with warm-up movements and developing into a flow this class develops your suppleness and strength. Effort and effortlessness. Synchronising movement and breath to enrich the practice and calm the mind.

Chair Yoga

Fridays 11.00-12.00

Mainly chair based but optional to lie on mat.

A class to improve movement, joint stiffness and muscular stretch. Includes breathwork, meditation and exploration of the wider teachings of yoga. A spiritual class to enrich you.

 

I am a member of Marianne' Chair group yoga class and have no hesitation in saying that she is an excellent Yoga teacher. It is so good to go to a class that you know  you are going to enjoy!  Her instructions, in a voice that is both calming and soothing are beautifully demonstrated
